How to set up your Kerko profile
Where to find your Kerko profile, how to change your name, phone and address, how to pick the site language and where to follow claims and notifications.

Your Kerko profile is where everything comes together: your details, your account's security, your verification claims and the points you've earned as a contributor. It's worth five minutes after signing up. Let's watch John Doe fill his in before verifying his bakery.
The profile page is in Albanian, so we quote each label as it appears, with a translation.
Where to find your profile
While signed in, click your name at the top right. A menu opens with four places:
- My Businesses
- Profile
- My Claims
- Notifications

Your personal details, step by step
Open your Profile
Choose Profile from the menu.
Click "Ndrysho" on Të dhënat personale
On the Të dhënat personale (Personal details) card, click Ndrysho (Edit). The fields become editable.
Fill in the fields
Emri i plotë (Full name, required), Email-i i biznesit (Business email), Numri i telefonit (Phone number), Qyteti (City) and Adresa (Address).
Click "Ruaj ndryshimet"
Click Ruaj ndryshimet (Save changes) and your details are saved straight away. Empty fields show as Pa plotësuar (Not filled in).

The site's language
Kerko is in Albanian and English. Click the globe at the top of the page and choose Shqip or English. Next time, Kerko opens in the language you chose. The business dashboard and the profile page are still in Albanian only.

Notifications
When a verification claim changes status or one of your suggestions is approved, a notice appears under Notifications. For the most important events you also get an email. Check them now and then, especially while a verification is pending.

Frequently asked questions
How do I change the email I sign in with?
The sign-in email can't be changed from the profile, because it's used for sign-in and security notices. Write to [email protected] from your old email and we'll help.
Who sees the phone number and address on my profile?
Kerko's team, when they need to contact you about verifying a business. They don't appear on public business profiles.
How do I switch the site's language?
Click the globe at the top of the page and choose Shqip or English. Kerko remembers your choice.
Where do I see my verification claims?
Under "My Claims" in the menu under your name, or in the "Kërkesat për pronësi" (Ownership claims) card on your profile.
