Search is great when you know the business's name. But when you're after "a tradesperson in Peja" or "the shops in my neighbourhood", you need a list. Kerko has a page for every municipality, every activity category and every legal form, with filters you can combine. John Doe is looking for nearby shops for his sister Jane, who has just moved to Prishtina.

Three kinds of list

Categorykerko.com/en/sherbim/categorykerko.com/en/sherbim/dyqane
Legal formkerko.com/en/lloji/formkerko.com/en/lloji/shpk

You'll also find the categories and legal forms on the home page, in the browse sections.

The journey, step by step

  1. Open the municipality page

Type the address directly, for example kerko.com/en/prishtine, or open it from the statistics: pick the municipality and click See businesses in (the municipality's name).

  2. Choose a category

Under Filters, choose a Category, for example Shops.

  3. Narrow by type and status

Business type separates L.L.C.s from sole traders; Status "Registered" keeps only active businesses.

  4. Search within the municipality

In Search this municipality, type a business name or number and the list narrows.

  5. Open the profile

Click a business for its contacts, hours, address and owners.

Frequently asked questions

Does every municipality have its own page?

Yes. All 38 municipalities in Kosovo have a page on Kerko, for example kerko.com/en/prishtine or kerko.com/en/prizren.

How do I see only active businesses?

Under the Status filter choose "Registered". Deregistered or dissolved businesses drop out of the list.

What is a category page?

A list of businesses by activity across Kosovo, for example shops, tradespeople or food and hospitality. Narrow it to a municipality with a filter.

Why doesn't my business show in the right municipality?

The municipality comes from the address registered with ARBK. If it's wrong, suggest a fix from the profile or, as the owner, change it from the dashboard.
