How to add a missing business
Business not on Kerko? Add it for free in four steps, earn contribution points and manage the profile once our team approves it.

You search for a business and Kerko says no results? Maybe it was registered in the last few days, or it is known by a different name. Check twice before adding it; then add it in three minutes. This time John Doe adds his made-up bakery, Doe Bakery L.L.C., which he has just registered.
Before you add it: check
- Search by NUI or business number, not just by name. Many businesses trade under a name that differs from the registered one.
- Search by the owner's name: the business shows on their page.
- If the business exists, don't add it again: verify it or suggest the missing details.

The journey in four steps
Open the add business page
Click Add in the main menu or open the add business page directly. If you aren't signed in, Kerko asks you to sign in and brings you back to the form.
Basics
The business name (as registered with ARBK), trade name, business number, legal form, registration date and municipality. Only the name is required.
Contact
Address, phone, mobile, email and website.
Details
Short description, opening hours and payment methods. The button that copies Monday to the other weekdays saves time.
Review and send
Check everything and send. You get +1 contribution point straight away.
The name as registered with ARBK.
After you send it
- You get an email confirming we received it.
- Our team checks the business against the registry, usually within 1 to 3 working days.
- If something is missing, we tell you what to add and you resend it from the same request.
- Once approved, the business goes live, you manage its profile and you get +5 points.

Frequently asked questions
Why would a business be missing from Kerko?
Kerko takes businesses from ARBK. A very new business, one registered under a different name or one outside Kosovo may not be listed yet.
Which fields are required?
Only the name. The business number, municipality, contact details and opening hours speed up the check but are optional.
How long does the review take?
Usually 1 to 3 working days. We notify you by email and on Kerko.
Do I earn points for adding a business?
Yes. +1 point when you send it and +5 more when it is approved.
