How to update your business profile
Update your phone number, opening hours, description and photos on Kerko, and see what goes live right away and what waits for review.

An old phone number on your profile means customers who can't reach you. Once you have verified your business, you update most of the details yourself from your dashboard, without waiting for anyone. Let's see how John Doe changes his bakery's opening hours and phone number.
The dashboard is in Albanian, so we quote each label as it appears, with a translation.
The journey, step by step
Open your businesses
Sign in, click your name at the top right and choose Bizneset e Mia (My businesses). You see every business you manage.
Pick the business
Click the business. The page shows its information, team and analytics.
Click "Ndrysho Informacionin"
Ndrysho Informacionin (Edit information) opens the editor with five tabs: Informacioni Bazik (basics), Kontakti & Vendndodhja (contact and location), Detajet Financiare (financial details), Përshkrimi (description) and Media.
Edit and save
Update the fields and save. Contact and description changes go live right away; a few others wait for review.
What goes live right away and what waits
Details only you know (how to reach you, when you are open, what you offer) go live immediately. Details that come from the official registry are checked by Kerko's team first, so nobody can change a business's identity.

Photos and logo
In the Media tab you upload your logo and photos of the shop, products or team. Good photos keep customers on your profile longer. Use photos you took yourself or have the right to use.
When your details change at ARBK too
If you changed your registered address, owners or name at ARBK, Kerko picks the change up from the registry. You can speed it up by changing it on Kerko as well. For the official procedure see Changing your details at ARBK.
Share the work with your team
You don't have to update everything yourself. Invite a colleague as Menaxher (Manager) and they can edit the details without access to the owner's settings: How to invite your team to Kerko.
Frequently asked questions
Why didn't my new address show up right away?
The address, trade name, municipality and details that come from ARBK show once Kerko's team approves them. Phone, email, website, opening hours and description go live immediately.
Who can edit the business details?
The owner, administrators and managers on the team. Employees and viewers can only see them.
Does changing my details on Kerko change the ARBK registry?
No. Kerko doesn't change the official registry. For legal changes (name, owners, registered address) you apply to ARBK.
My business isn't verified. Can I still edit it?
Without verification you can suggest changes like any visitor. To manage the profile, verify the business first.
