How to add photos and a logo to your business
Upload your logo, photos of your premises and a banner to your Kerko business profile. Formats, file size and how to delete a photo.

Customers look at the photos before they read anything else. A profile with a logo and a few real photos of the premises looks alive and trustworthy; one without them looks abandoned. Once you've verified your business, you upload photos yourself and they go live straight away. Let's watch John Doe add photos of his bakery.

The journey, step by step
Open the business from My Businesses
Click your name at the top right, choose My Businesses and open the business.
Click "Ndrysho Informacionin" and open the Media tab
Ndrysho Informacionin (Edit information) opens the editor. Media is its last tab.
Pick the type
Under Lloji i Medias (Media type), choose Logo, Fotografi (Photo) or Banner.
Upload the files
Click the Kliko për të ngarkuar (Click to upload) box or drag files into it. You can pick several photos at once; a logo or banner goes up one at a time.
Check your profile
The photos appear below the box and on your public profile straight away, with no approval needed.

To delete a photo, hover over it (tap it on a phone) and click Fshi (Delete).
What to upload

Mind the rights
Upload photos you took yourself or have the right to use. Photos from the internet, from photographers without permission or showing customers' faces without consent can get you into trouble. For photos of people, see also Personal data protection for Kosovo businesses.
Who can upload
The owner, administrators and managers on the team. If someone else on the team takes the photos, invite them as a Manager and let them upload directly.
After the photos, fill in your opening hours and payment methods.
Frequently asked questions
Do photos need to be approved?
No. Photos, the logo and the banner show on the profile as soon as they're uploaded.
Which formats are accepted?
PNG, JPG and WEBP, up to 5 MB per file.
How do I replace my logo?
Upload the new logo and delete the old one in the Media tab. The profile shows the newest logo.
It's not my business, but I've taken good photos. Can I add them?
Yes, as a suggestion from the business profile. Kerko's team reviews them before they go live.
