How to invite your team to Kerko
Invite colleagues to manage your business profile on Kerko, see what each role can do and how the email invitation is accepted.

Your business profile shouldn't depend on one person. When you invite your team, whoever knows the new opening hours updates them, whoever takes the photos uploads them, and you keep control over ownership. John Doe is going to invite his sister, Jane Doe, who runs the bakery at weekends.
The dashboard is in Albanian, so we quote each label as it appears, with a translation.
What you need
- A verified business on Kerko where you are the owner, an administrator or a manager.
- Your colleague's email.
The journey, step by step
Open the business in "Bizneset e Mia"
From your profile menu choose Bizneset e Mia (My businesses) and click the business.
Go to the "Ekipi" tab
Ekipi (Team) shows who manages the business and which invitations are still pending.
Click "Fto Anëtar"
Fto Anëtar (Invite member): enter the email, the name (optional) and pick a role.
Your colleague accepts
They get an email from Kerko, click Prano ftesën (Accept invitation), sign in or create an account, and the business appears in their dashboard.

If your colleague has no account, the invitation page offers to sign in or create one. They must use the same email the invitation was sent to. After accepting, they are taken to the dashboard and see the business.
Changing a role or removing someone
In the Ekipi (Team) tab, the owner or an administrator can change any member's role or remove them from the team. Pending invitations can be resent or cancelled. When someone leaves the business, remove them straight away: their access ends as soon as you confirm.

Frequently asked questions
How long is an invitation valid?
7 days. If it expires, resend it from the team list with "Ridërgo" (Resend).
Does my colleague need a Kerko account first?
Not beforehand. Before accepting, they sign up or sign in with the same email the invitation was sent to.
Who can invite new members?
The owner, administrators and managers. Only the owner and administrators can change roles or remove members.
Can someone else transfer ownership of the business?
No. Transferring ownership stays with the owner, even for administrators.
