How to request removal of a business
Business closed, or the profile should not be on Kerko? How to send a removal request, from the public profile or from the owner dashboard.

Sometimes a business profile shouldn't be on Kerko any more: the business closed years ago, was registered by mistake or there's a privacy reason. You can send the request from two places, and Kerko's team reviews it before anything happens. John Doe closed his bakery in September and doesn't want customers to keep looking for it.

From the public profile
Open the business profile
Find the business in search and open its profile.
Scroll down and click "Request removal of this business"
The link is below the date the profile was last updated.
Enter a reason and your email
The reason needs at least 10 characters. Your email is used only to tell you the decision. Your name is optional.
Click "Send request"
You see the confirmation: Request sent. We'll email you once it has been reviewed.

Kerko.com mirrors public data from the Kosovo Business Registry (ARBK). Removal here does not change the official registry.
From the dashboard, as the owner
If you've verified the business, open it from My Businesses, go to the Cilësimet (Settings) tab and under Zona e Rrezikshme (Danger zone) click Kërko Fshirjen e Biznesit (Request business removal). Enter a reason and click Dërgo Kërkesën (Send request). The dashboard is in Albanian:

What happens after the request
- Kerko's team reviews the request.
- If it's approved, the profile comes off Kerko: it no longer shows in search, in municipality lists or in the sitemap.
- You get an email with the decision. If you have an account, you also see it under Notifications.

Just a mistake on the profile?
If the business exists but has a wrong phone number or an old address, there's no need to remove it. Suggest a fix or, as the owner, change the details yourself. To remove only your name: How to request removal of your name.
Frequently asked questions
Is the business removed straight away?
No. Kerko's team reviews every request and nothing is deleted automatically. We email you once we decide.
Is the business removed from ARBK too?
No. Kerko mirrors public ARBK data and removal here doesn't change the official registry. To close a business legally, apply to ARBK.
Do I need an account to request removal?
No. The link at the bottom of the public profile only asks for a reason and your email. Verified owners can also request it from the dashboard.
I only want my name removed, not the whole business. What do I do?
